Innovative Motor & Marketing

ESGreen’s newly established Research and Development department for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) design and innovation is led by LatBo Research, team of a distinguished Electrical & Mechanical Engineer and Professor. With over 40 years of expertise in areas of elevator, electrical, building services, HVAC control, and building automation systems, the team brings extensive experience in practicing, researching, inventing, consulting and teaching.
Backed by a talented team of more than 20 highly skilled engineers, the department is committed to advancing motor technology and driving breakthroughs in sustainable energy solutions. This initiative reflects ESGreen’s dedication to fostering innovation and delivering cutting-edge, eco-conscious technologies.

ESGreen partners with a Hong Kong-based manufacturing company that has over 40 years of experience, in creating exceptional, customized products. Our in-house R&D team with over 20 highly skilled engineers, works closely with the engineering and product design teams. It also operates a plant in China and employs over 350
dedicated employees.
The company has achieved notable certifications, including IS0 14001:2015, IS0 9001:2015, IS0 13485:2003, and BSCI Social Requirements, and has manufactured multiple award-winning products in 2023 and 2024.
